Dr. Vansadia is a top notch professional! He answered all my questions and assured me that there are plenty of treatment alternatives available to me other than surgery at this time. He encouraged me to get back to regular exercise with a few modifications which left me feeling upbeat and positive. A trip to INOV8 is more than worth battling morning Houston traffic getting there!Very nice to be seen at my exact appointment time and the process for my evaluation was efficientDr. Vansadia is wonderful, he explains everything that he finds as well as his recommendations for treatment. Dr. Gualtieri took his time, showed me the x-ray images, explained clearly the surgical and non-surgical expected outcomes. He comes highly recommended. He knows what he is doing. I feel confident that I am in good hands. Next step is surgery! Surgery was 100% successful with great follow-up care. I am back on my feet, headed towards regaining full strength. INOV8 Orthopedics has in-house physical therapy. This was a blessing for post surgery recovery. In my last meeting with Dr Gualtieri, he confirmed my knee joint functionality. He listened silently, worked the joint, smiled, and said you are good to go, thus the title "The Knee Whisperer" !Dr. Aldrich is a great Doctor, passionate, knowledgeable, and a very nice personality. I’m lucky to find a doctor like him.Incredible experience for total knee replacement (Corin Unity) by Dr. Kreuzer and his team 8-26-26. From Ali at the front desk to Ceci & Angie in pre-op, Susan in post op and Dr. Peltier for anesthesia it was a seamless experience. I walked out of their office yesterday afternoon and am walking better today and with less pain than before surgery- with no pain meds since surgery. Highly recommended. 7 day post op update: Walking with minor limp, low pain. However, after multiple follow-up calls and repeated challenges with the Med Center’s parking, I asked several friends for alternative recommendations. They pointed me to Inov8, which proved to be the best decision I could have made. Dr. Dharmpal delivered a direct, no-nonsense evaluation and reviewed the MRI I brought with me. I walked out of the appointment able to move without pain. I wish I had gone to Inov8 from the start; it would have spared me considerable discomfort and lost time.Excellent, professional, and most of all knowledgeable. great bedside manner as well! I would definitely recommend Dr. Aldrich and his team.I almost canceled my appointment because I was treated so poorly by Brittany the young lady that made my appointment I don’t know if she was just having a bad day but she was rude, abrupt, and condescending, and acted like she just didn’t want to help . I mean, she’s the first person I talked to, and she needed to at least try to make a good impression as to not run people away . As I stated, I almost canceled the appointment thought about it till 12 midnight and then I was like well my doctor recommended him and I hurt so let me go and I went and I’m glad I did not cancel my appointment. Dr. Vansadia was fabulous. He explained everything to where I could understand what was going on. He had fabulous bedside manner. He gave me a steroid shot and I was on my way. There was a young man at the front desk. I wish I would’ve got his name but I didn’t he was very kind and helpful and Amanda the lady that walked me back and took my information. She was very sweet also. I will refer however will warn of Brittany. She really needs to have a people skills training course. So take away everyone in the office was great but their point person Brittany will probably run some people away.Great experience with Dr Aldrich about my hand. Quick diagnosis and a frank discussion of options.They were careful telling me what they were doing and what I had to do to get better.+0After careful research and several referrals from other athletes, I chose Dr. Vansadia, and I’m so glad I did! My knee was destroyed after decades of wrestling, rugby, and marathons. I suffered through years of pain. My leg was visibly deformed having developed a 12° inward angle from arthritis. I walked with a noticeable limp. My quality of life had diminished. After my TKR, my leg was properly aligned, I stood about an inch taller, and I’m free of pain. Dr. Vansadia and the entire team at Inov8 were outstanding. The physical therapists took me through a comprehensive rehabilitation program. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. Today I’m back in the gym lifting weights and doing regular cardio. My squat form is dramatically better, my leg is stronger than it’s been in years, and my knee is once again functioning the way it was intended. The actual procedure was done at Memorial Hermann’s dedicated joint replacement surgical floor, which reduced the risk of infection. The process was incredible. I arrived early in the morning and was back home that afternoon. The pain management was effective and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Vansadia, the physical therapists at Inov8, and Memorial Hermann to anyone considering joint replacement surgery.+1The doctor has amazing bedside manners. Very knowledgeable, did not mind answering all my questions.Got into back office within 15 minutes of 9:50 am appt so acceptable. X-Ray tech was timely and knowledgeable. Dr Kreuzer is a busy man but was patient with my questions/concerns.He came recommended and we are scheduled for initial knee surgery.Great practice. Very efficient. Now my left hip has arthritic pain, and instead of surgery just yet, he did a PRP injection in Dec'25. Perfect, no pain for 6 months. I had another injection today till July 1 so the last one worked for over six months. Xray, surgical dressing removed, assessment & evaluation were done. Dr. Gualtieri informed us that the wound is healing well & everything's stable on the implant. He explained in detail the surgical robotic procedure, the titanium implanted. For us, the patient & caregiver, that's very important to know, the innovative robotic procedure which is less damaging to the surrounding tissues. That must be the reason why my husband, the patient, is healing fast & walking steadily, walks with or without a cane, has less to no pain on the affected surgical site. We are thankful to Dr. Gualtieri's clinical knowledge, skills and good attitude towards us & same goes to the staff who attended to us. I highly recommend Inov8 for such treatment. Quote: "he's the best." Reinforcing that recommendation, after he retired Dr. Wolf had his own knee replaced by Dr. Kruezer! Secondly, my new GP, Dr. Yang also recommended Dr. Kreuzer as an excellent first choice. Soon after, during a discussion with my ophthalmologist Dr. Jarrett, I learned Dr. Kreuzer had replaced Dr. Jarret's hip and also that my dentist, Dr. Richey had gone to Innov8 for shoulder rehabilitation. Finally, my cardiologist, Dr. Dadu, confirmed that he had issued several surgical clearances to Dr. Kreuzer for several of his patients and had a positive recommendation. (I must add here that I had some knowledge of Innov8, having had several series of injections (euflexxa) that extended the functional life of both knees but were no longer effective. X-rays showed very little cartilage and a great deal of arthritis.) When I finally met Dr. Kreuzer I was armed with all the above recommendations and 2 pages of questions. Dr. Kreuzer is a comfortable mixture of professional, informal and informational. He went beyond merely answering my mother load of questions, offering insights I had't considered and even brought out a model of the knee replacement that soon would be part of me. His demeanor was both friendly and professional, traits that also seem to run through his well organized staff. It seems that everyone there is not only well versed in their own responsibilities but also in those of their associates. It has all the appearances of a well run, well organized operation. I've had issues for quite some time, but he led me to exercise, massage(massage gun I can use ) and an anti inflammatory shot. I trust Him and believe you would have good results too.Had full hip replacement. First 3 days post op were hard, but after that I am grateful I had the procedure done. In my 70’s and am 2 weeks post op.
