The center’s conveniently located 14,000-square-foot facility accommodates procedures spanning from pain management to total joint replacement. With over 3,000 procedures performed—including more than 1,500 combined hip and knee replacements—our surgeons’ expertise in outpatient total joint replacement (total joint arthroplasty), arthroscopy, joint repair, and other sports medicine needs, gets patients back in action as fast as possible.

Regarding outpatient total joint replacement, we hold extensive experience in total knee replacement (total knee arthroplasty, or TKA) and total hip replacement (total hip arthroplasty, or THA). Our surgeons utilize the most advanced technology including advanced imaging, computer-assisted surgical pre-planning, and sensor-enabled prosthetic joint placement systems to fully customize each joint replacement. INOV8 Surgical patients stay six hours on average, but we provide comfortable overnight stays if necessary.

For spinal issues, we offer cervical/lumbar fusion, laminectomy, discectomy and other advanced procedures. Steroid injection and spinal cord stimulation are also available.

Certified by the AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care), INOV8 Surgical was built with brand new, gold standard infection control infrastructure including higher-than-standard HVAC air exchanges for surgery centers and UV lighting in the ductwork. We use strict protocols and practices as well as hospital-grade sterilization materials across all procedures. Conveniently located on the Katy Freeway at the Beltway 8 on the west side of Houston, we are in-network with almost all major insurance plans.
